The FunTuban Play Zone at FUNZEUM is now open!

FunTuban Zone – Grand Opening on May 31st

On a Saturday morning in Gliwice, FUNZEUM echoed with children’s laughter and enthusiastic “wow!”s. That day marked the official launch of the FunTuban Zone – a multisensory space for experimenting, discovering, and free play, brought to life through our collaboration with FUNZEUM.

Everything was perfectly prepared, but we still felt a wave of excitement and nerves. Would everything go as planned? Would the space win the hearts of children and their parents?

Thankfully, our worries quickly faded. The zone was ready on time and down to the last detail. It couldn’t have gone any other way – our teams approached the task with full professionalism. While this is our first exclusive play zone, we already have extensive experience in organizing events and workshops for children. And we know that our toys have enormous potential – kids just love them!

Premiere Workshop

The opening workshop also served as the ceremonial launch of the zone, complete with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by our Marketing and Sales Director, Basia Bochenek, joined by Alicja Paszkowska from FUNZEUM.

Young visitors were greeted by our explorer-animators, who welcomed them into a world of sensory experiences. The space featured ready-to-use activity stations with colorful Tubi Jelly gels, painting templates, Slime, and special accessories to enrich the fun.

The workshop began at our sensory wall, featuring 20 unique textured panels – soft, rough, color-changing, scented, or cold to the touch. This sensory path encourages kids to explore a variety of materials through simple, playful interaction.

On their way to the activity stations, children also encountered other sensory experiences – from kinetic sand, super-soft Fluffy Sand, to water crystals, mineral beads, and Jiggly Slime. This feast of textures and colors not only captures attention and sparks creativity but also has therapeutic benefits, especially for children who may be hesitant to touch wet or slippery textures. Here, they can safely get used to them – and have fun doing it! With a huge amount of kinetic sand available, kids can build imaginative creations freely.

During the workshops, kids (and not only!) made 3D jelly figures and planets with Tubi Jelly, tested the stretchiness of slime, and even brought it to life with sensory gel, making it crunch! At the end of each session, everyone made a giant slime bubble.

Special Guest Workshops

On opening day, two workshops were led by a special guest – Patrycja from Kreatywna Dżungla (“Creative Jungle”) – a preschool teacher and passionate educator with a love for children, creativity, and writing. Her blog is a space born from her passion, and her workshop using our products was a huge source of inspiration. We truly value expert opinions and insights.

The FunTuban Zone is waiting for you!

The FunTuban Zone has now been open for a week – and it’s thriving! We’ve welcomed many visitors, and more and more positive reviews are coming in about our collaborative project.

Children learn through their senses, and that’s why we believe so deeply in sensory play. These types of experiences develop coordination, motor skills, and – most importantly – bring pure joy. This is a space where our products truly come to life – right where they belong: in children’s hands.
